IDIA has been selected as a finalist of the 2022/2023 NSTF-South32 Awards in the catagory Data for Research Award.
On Thursday 13 July 2023, all finalists will be honoured and the winners of the 2022/2023 NSTF-South32 Awards will be announced at the specially arranged prestigious gala dinners. The NSTF Awards Gala Event will take place as a hybrid event broadcast simultaneously from two cities and venues, namely in Johannesburg and Cape Town respectively. The in-person gala dinners are for the finalists, sponsors, partners, and VIPs such as the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation (who is the Patron of the event). Finalists who reside in inland regions – Gauteng, Mpumalanga, North West and Limpopo – attend at the Johannesburg venue. Finalists in other provinces: Eastern Cape, Free State, KwaZulu-Natal, Northern Cape and Western Cape are requested to attend at the Cape Town venue.
