We strive to provide the best service to our users, especially in light of the many amazing MeerKAT science projects that have a home at IDIA. It is crucial that we have feedback from our user community, and this survey will help us to ensure that we are attentive to the needs of our users. Your feedback is therefore very important to us.
IDIA is collecting this information for the purpose of improving the user and project experience and the general impact of the ilifu facility. We therefore rely on your feedback to help us assess areas that we could build on in the short term, and develop sustainable solutions for the long term.
The responses of this survey may be shared within IDIA partners. The feedback may be used anonymously and in summarised form in publicly available reports. We will likely follow up on this survey later to ensure continued service improvement. Your personal information is and will remain strictly confidential.
The survey is fairly comprehensive and we expect that it would take no more than 15 minutes to complete. As an incentive, all our participants will be entered into a lucky draw, where five lucky participants will each win a R500 Takealot voucher (we will provide an appropriate alternative for our international entrants). Please complete the survey by 31 October 2024. Lucky draw winners will be notified after the submission.
